Is there a call-out charge?
No. There is no call-out charge. You only pay for the work done. Free estimates are available before any work begins.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Glasgow and Central Scotland — including Lanarkshire, Renfrewshire and Dunbartonshire. All areas north and south of the Clyde.
Do you work weekends?
Yes — we're available 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week, including bank holidays. Weekend work is charged at the same standard rates.
Can you do same-day jobs?
We are usually booked a few days ahead, but same-day appointments are sometimes available. Call us on 0141 390 1846 and we'll do our best.
What is your guarantee?
We provide a 100% workmanship satisfaction guarantee on every job. "If you're not happy, I am not done with the job!" Any issues must be reported within 30 days so we can return and put it right.
Do you subcontract the work?
Never. We do not subcontract work to any other company or individual. The person who arrives is the person you booked — fully trained and covered by £1 million Public Liability Insurance.
How do I pay?
Payment is made in full on completion. We accept cash, card (including contactless) and bank transfer. A receipt is provided. If a job cannot be completed, there is no charge.
Are there any other charges I should know about?
A £10 transport charge applies when we need to collect materials from local retailers. Customers in central areas may need to cover any parking charges incurred.
